Field Day 2024- May 23rd (Rain Date May 28th)
Sign up genius for volunteers will be sent out next week
Kindergarten and 1st Grade 9:30-11:00
Kindergarten and 1st-grade classes will participate in their field day stations from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM.
Parents are welcome to come to the back grass and watch. Parents do not participate or walk around with their child unless there is a special circumstance or if the parent has been assigned as a volunteer.
Teachers will rotate through the stations with their classes. There will be different water breaks for the students to rehydrate throughout the morning, while they are completing their stations.
At 11:00 AM, the students will have a picnic lunch outside on the back lawn of the school (under the trees, near the fence). We encourage parents/guests to attend the picnic if you are able. You can arrive at 10:45 for the picnic and bring a lunch.
At 11:30 AM, the teachers will gather their classes and go back into the building for the afternoon. Dismissal is still 3:15 PM.
Hilltop Family Picnic!
Kindergarten and 1st Grade 11:00-11:30

The picnic lunch is a great time for our students and families to have a special time together. Lunches can be sent to school as usual (K & 1 students will carry their lunches outside at 9:30 and place them in a designated spot for their class) or brought with you if you are able to attend the picnic.
If you are coming to the picnic, you may want to bring a blanket or chair to sit on
If you are unable to attend the picnic, your child can always join another student! There is always room for one more on a picnic blanket!
