#3 In Case You Missed It
6th Grade Lab Experiment
Students in Mr Bush’s 6th grade Science class recently completed their lab showing vascular transport in plants. Students added dye to a cup of water and observed as the tube-like tissues transported the colored water through the stem and into the petals, which changed the color of the flowers.
5th Grade Science Terrarium Project
As part of their Life Science unit, fifth grade students built terrariums and have been observing and recording the results in project packets. Not only have students reviewed life science concepts taught in class, but also the steps in the scientific method.
