Mental Health Awareness Month
Columbia Middle School
Mental Toughness
As we move into the final weeks of the 23-24 school year it is important for all staff and students to remain positive. We all should take time to protect our mental health by taking walks, exercising, spending time with family, and just working on ourselves. The most important person to look after is yourself; if you are not at your best, it can be hard to help others.

As we transition into May let's celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month. This month we will help to raise awareness about the importance of mental health, its impact and breaking the stigma. Remember, it's ok to not be okay and always remember I am here to provide you with the support you need. Together, we can make an impact!
