PTCC Spring Auction Planning, Join Us!
The PTCC Auction will take place on March 23 at the Distillery of Modern Art. Join us for our Spring Fundraising Event planning meeting this Thursday, March 14, at 8pm via Zoom. Meeting ID: 753 614 0314. Last year’s auction raised over $90,000 for GLOBE events, multiple initiatives and faculty support. We can’t do it without help from volunteers, so please join us!
The PTCC Auction needs your help!
You can join our efforts even if you can’t join our weekly meeting on Thursdays at 8pm (meeting info above). Please click here to view our different needs and click here to sign up to help make our biggest fundraiser come to life! We can't do it without the help of our generous parents and friends. We have all levels of time commitment opportunities. Once you sign up, please email PTCC Auction so we can provide you with more details.
The PTCC Auction Art Project Coordinators
Our sincere thanks to the parents who have agreed to coordinate baskets and/or classroom art projects for the PTCC Auction. Click here to see the names of those who volunteered.

Do you have a high school graduate this spring? If you're ordering announcements, consider ordering from Minted, and use our promo code. You'll get 20% off your purchase price, and GLOBE PTCC will get a 15% donation. It's a WIN-WIN! When placing an order, simply enter FUNDRAISEGLOBE in the promo code box at checkout.
"Volunteer of the Month" Carpool Winners
Our volunteers of the month are Katrina Hefner and Nelly Ortiz. We hope you enjoy using the “Volunteer of the Month” carpool flag to skip the line this month of March.
Be sure to log your volunteer hours for a chance to win!
Lost and Found: Please label your items
Parent volunteers return labeled items to the owner's classroom. If your items are not labeled, they may never make it back home. Please take a moment to find a labeling solution that will work for you. Here are some ideas to get you started: Avery No-Iron Kids Clothing Labels, Sharpie Fabric Marker, and Mabel's Labels (customizable labels and stamps, dishwasher and laundry safe. Enter "The GLOBE Academy" in the "support a fundraiser" field, and they'll donate 20% back to GLOBE!).
Volunteer hours can help GLOBE receive grants
Did you know that when you volunteer, it can help GLOBE receive grants? Some donors want to know how involved the community is. We can show them that parents are invested in the school by sharing the volunteer hours we have tracked. So please remember to log your hours here. When you log your time, you'll also be entered in our drawing for a volunteer-of-the-month carpool flag. As a reminder, each family is requested to volunteer ten hours each year. To see current volunteer opportunities, click here. Thank you for volunteering at GLOBE.
Shopping can help GLOBE!
Did you know when you shop at places like Publix, Kroger, and OfficeMax/Office Depot, they will donate to GLOBE PTCC? To find out how to easily set this up, click here. Every penny counts!
