Conference Scheduling Update

Dear Daniel Wright Families,


D103 Teacher Conference scheduling will be completed through the Meet the Teacher platform. Meet the Teacher scheduling will open on Wednesday, February 21, at 7 p.m. and close on Tuesday, February 27, at 7 p.m.


Conference Schedule:

  • Thursday, February 29, between 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.

  • Friday, March 1, between 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.


Recently, you received an email from conferences@d103.org with your login information and a short video on how to access the site. The primary family contact for your student (as identified in our PowerSchool student information system at the time of registration) received this email. Due to our limited conference availability, we ask that our families with two households collaborate to find a time that works to attend each teacher conference together. After your appointments have been scheduled, there is an option to invite the other guardian.


When accessing Meet the Teacher, you will see two conference options for CORE teachers and all others as outlined below:


  1. CORE - ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish (Limit two)

    • Please only select two teachers that you would like to see availability. The system will allow you to keep all teachers “checked”, but it will limit you to scheduling conferences with only two teachers. We request that you consider choosing teachers who you did not meet with in the last round.

  2. CAPE (Creative Arts, Health, PE, STEM), INTERVENTIONISTS (Case Managers, ML, REACH, RTI) and SUPPORT STAFF (Psychologist, Social Workers)

    • You will be able to schedule a conference with any of these teachers who are associated with your student, without any limits.


Once your conferences are scheduled, you may modify or delete your scheduled appointment(s) at any time up until the conference scheduler closes at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27. Families with students at any D103 school can schedule conferences from the same login as they will all be held through Meet the Teacher. Conferences at Daniel Wright Junior High School are 10 minutes in length for CORE and CAPE teachers. Interventionist and Support Staff times will vary depending on the teacher.


Meet the Teacher is hosting the video conference. Start and end times are pre-set within the platform without the ability to start early or go over your time limit. There is a running timer on the screen that will display how much time is left in the conference. If you join the conference after your scheduled time, missed time cannot be made up at the end due to the following scheduled conference start time with other families.
