What a great event last night! Exhibition Night was amazing. The student presentations were full of creativity and their talent shined. The artwork and projects crafted by our students were amazing. Thank you for showing your support by celebrating the dedication of our students.

Exhibition Night is a testament to the vibrant spirit and excellence that defines our school. I am so proud of students and our teachers. Great Job!

Monday is April 8th! The long awaited Solar Eclipse viewing day. We are hoping for clear skies. If you have not sent your student's permission slip, you may send it on Monday. If there is not a permission slip for your student, they will be in the school with a teacher. Students not participating outside will have the opportunity to view the Eclipse in the classroom through NASA or local special programming.

Students participating outside will be provided approved solar eclipse viewing glasses.

Permission forms will need to be turned into your student's Advisory class.

On April 8th, there will be no off-campus lunch. With the Solar Eclipse, we feel it is best for the safety of our students to stay on campus. There will be an increase of visitors to our area and with the increase in traffic, this will eliminate students rushing back to campus or being stuck in traffic.

Please make sure that your student has lunch. Food deliveries are not accepted.

The following STAAR tests will be administered on the date indicated.

April 9th, Reading 5th - 8th grade and English I, English II will be administered.

April 16th, Science 5th, Science 8th, Biology

April 17th, Social Studies 8th, US History

April 23rd, Math 5th - 8th grade and Algebra EOC

During any state testing our campus will be a closed campus. There will be no deliveries or visitors allowed on campus.

We all have a culture to share! LPS Multicultural Night is back! Save the date for our Multicultural Night on April 25, at 6 PM-7:30 PM! Let's participate in this amazing event showcasing Leadership Prep School's beautiful diversity.
