To have the best bidding experience, here are some tips that may be helpful.

• You can browse all auction lots without creating an account or providing login information. However, if you’d like to bid, you must create an account and add a credit card, which is only used if you make a purchase (aka, are the winner of an auction lot or purchase a fixed-price item).
• If you have already set up your account, log in, and you can begin bidding.
• If you don’t yet have an account and would like to place a bid, you will be prompted to “Sign Up.” You’ll enter your contact information: name, address, phone, and email address. You will also choose whether to receive text notifications regarding your bids (we recommend you do this if you want notifications when you’ve been outbid).

BROWSE

• Browse the entire catalog, browse by Category
• or filter your search on the left side (computer view) or at the top of the page (phone view) by lot/item #, category, and type of item

• Bid—"Bid" will show you all auction lots that can be bid on. You’ll make the minimum bid shown OR choose the Buy Now option, which will remove that auction lot from the bidding and let you win it! PROTIP You can also set a maximum amount for which you’re willing to bid on an auction lot. This option allows the system to automatically place bids up to the maximum bid amount you’ve entered. You may continue bidding or raise your maximum bid amount if you get outbid.
• Donate—This is how you can donate to Fund the Dream. Click on the thumbnail image for information about what Fund the Dream supports.
  
• Sign Up Parties—You’ll find these in the category "Count Me In." These are sign up parties that are a fixed price. This year we have 2 movie nights at the main campus, family camping, wine country cocktail party, and a fall wreath making and brunch party.
  
• Buy Now—These are fixed-price lots - you simply buy it for the price shown. The Buy Now lots we offer in our auction are getaways by Inspirato.

• If you see an auction lot that you’re interested in, click on the thumbnail to open the detailed description, any additional images, and the fields to enter your bid, choose Buy Now, or enter your Maximum Bid amount.
  

• Stay updated on your bids with a simple click on “My Bids” at the top of the screen, ensuring you never miss a chance to win.

Credit cards will be processed using the credit card you entered into the auction platform after the auction has ended. You’ll be charged for any bids you’ve won, any fixed-price items you’ve signed up for, and Fund the Dream contributions.
