So Much to Share
As March begins, we'd like to begin by reminding all of our 6th and 7th grade families that the Genesis Parent Portal is open to take course requests for the 2024-2025 school year at WMS. The Portal will close on March 8th. We sent out an email blast last week with all the details, which we're linking here for your convenience. Again, this is for WMS elective requests, and we apologize that that was not explicitly stated in the email. Rest assured, all students are meeting with their counselors to discuss requests, including students will be high school freshmen next year. Please reach out to your student's guidance counselor with any questions or concerns.
Even though we're looking ahead to next year, there's still plenty of time left in the 2023-2024 school year. Interims for the third marking period will be available in the Parent Portal on March 3rd. If your student receives an interim, please reach out to their guidance counselor with any questions or concerns, as well as to set up a meeting with their teacher, if need be.
On a similar theme, with spring creeping up, our winter sports season is in full tilt, and Mr. Maneri and the Warriors are actively looking to defend their bowling championships from last year. At the same time, we're looking ahead to spring, when the Warriors will compete in volleyball and cross country. Interested students must have their sports physicals completed and turned in to Nurse Tulli no later than March 11th. Please see the Athletic Forms section on our school website for details.
