Good Morning E.L.M. Families,

Happy Friday! Today we will wear the color orange for Fun Friday! We will also enjoy a drumming presentation by Otha Day, and an Easter egg hunt in the afternoon.

A special thank you goes out to the PTG and all of the volunteers that helped to make our Easter egg hunt happen, and the MA Cultural Council for supporting the Otha Day Drumming program.

News, Updates & Reminders:

* Check those backpacks! The April calendar and menus will be sent home today, if they haven't already. They are also posted below.

* The School Committee will meet on Monday afternoon at 6:00pm. As always, you are welcome and encouraged to attend. The agenda is attached below.

* Wet feet and cold hands are a bummer. March and early April are tricky times for the weather up here on the mountain, so we still need those jacket, boots, and gloves. We appreciate a reminder to the children in the morning to have all of their outdoor gear.

* Speaking of cold and yucky weather...It's that time of year and we have a lot of little, runny noses. We appreciate any donations of tissues for your child's classroom. Thank you.

* A friendly reminder to also please call the office by 2:30pm, if you are changing a student's dismissal. Our afternoon is very busy when we are preparing to go home, and we'd hate to miss this important call.

Planning Ahead:

* April vacation is quickly approaching. It will take place the week of April 15th - 19th.

* The Math MCAS will take place on Tuesday, May 7th & Wednesday, May 8th. The STE (Gr. 5 Only) will take place Tuesday, May 14th & Wednesday, May 15th.

PTG Updates & Reminders:

* Come on out to our PTG meeting on Monday afternoon at 5:00pm. We always welcome new members. The PTG agenda for Monday's meeting is attached below.
