IF PAYING BY CHECK - PLEASE NOTE:

1. Checks MUST be received before July 9, 2024.

2. Late checks will NOT be accepted.

3. An additional $50.00 charge will be applied for any bounced checks.

THIS IS A VIP SERIES EVENT WHICH INCLUDES:

• All teams must bat roster
• Run limits per team / per inning
• Special rules for 8U & 10U (see rules in "downloads" section
• Home / Away for ALL games based on coin flip.

• TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY ALL 3 DAYS OF THE TOURNAMENT.
• 5 game format with 3 pool games Friday and double elimination bracket Sat/Sun.

8U - 10U - 12U multiples of 8 w/ max 2 brackets

14U - 16U - 18U multiples of 10 w/ max 2 brackets

08U, 10U & 14U will be played at Blue Valley & Lone Elm

12U, 16U & 18U will be played at Legacy & Adair

• Pre-order MUST be placed by July 8th in order to guarantee color and size.
• T-Shirts will be available in limited sizes & colors at all complexes.

Teams have an opportunity to do a Gift Bag Exchange during the pool play with another team in their age division.

• Keep gifts under $15.00 per person.
• Your gift can represent your home state, city, team or softball
• Teams must be prepared with up to 15 bags to trade.

Get your pins ordered early!! You will have time to trade at the Beach Party or at any time during softball games. Search "softball trading pins" on the internet for samples and vendors.

We will have coaches check-in at the Beach Party at Longview Lake Swim Beach from 5 pm to 7:30 pm on Thursday evening.

Coaches can also chose to check-in at the fields where they play their first game on Friday.

THURSDAY EVENING - JULY 18th

• FREE to all Teams in the World Series and their families!

FRIDAY - JULY 19th

• All pool games will be played on Friday
• Games will be played all day - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

SATURDAY - JULY 20th

• Bracket play will begin at 9 am

SUNDAY - JULY 22nd

• Bracket play continues & completes with Championship Play

• Teams must have a completed roster on www.tournamentmvp.com in order to receive 2 free softballs at tournament check-in.

To qualify as a "completed roster", your "Player List/Roster" must have all current players and pick-up players listed.

All Teams are required to have insurance coverage from USA Softball or get pre-approval on an insurance policy.

This is a USA Softball of Kansas City event and is open to any USA Softball registered team.

• Non-USA Softball teams will be required to pay a $30 USA team registration fee valid thru 08/31/24. Email dawn.usavipserieskc@gmail.com for registration form.
  

ALL COACHES ARE REQUIRED to have completed the following training items for 2024.

SUGGESTED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Concussion Training - Heads Up Concussion Training

If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $25.00 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.

• If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed there will be a full refund.
• If a team drops on July 10th or later, there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
