Viewing the Total Eclipse

Your child received a pair of Eclipse glasses this week. These glasses are specially made to allow you to look at the sun during the event on Monday. Please ensure that these glasses are used while looking at the sun to avoid damage to your eyes. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that everyone is excited about. Let's just hope that the weather cooperates so that we all get a good view of it.

Blue Point Emergency Response System

Our Blue Point system has been completely installed and is now active. This system has Police and Medical pull stations across our campus (just like our Fire pull stations), and every room has a lanyard that can be activated in the event of an emergency. Teachers will be having conversations with students to teach them when, and how, to use the system in the event of an emergency.

STEM

Our last STEM rotations of the year will be this coming week with Kinder-2nd grades. We are already working on ideas for next year to make this initiative even more impactful.
