GOLF TOURNAMENT MAY 31. HAVE YOU SIGNED UP TO HELP?
The Color Guard Gala and showcase was a huge success and fun community event!! Thank you to everyone on the Gala Planning Committee!!!
The Hebron Band Golf Tournament is coming up on May 31st. This is our biggest fundraiser of the spring with the potential to bring in more money than mattresses, butter braids and mulch combined! However, it will not be successful without your help.
We are NOW looking for Golfers, Sponsors and Silent Auction Donations. See the attached Sponsor information package and the NEW Silent Auction Donation Request Form.
Family Golf Information for Upcoming Event: https://www.smore.com/n/53kde

Cookie Dough Fundraiser ends Tomorrow!!
Buy cookie dough for your Mom or other women in your life for Mother’s Day! Buy them for your neighbor who you always borrow stuff from! Buy them for your boss before asking for a raise;)!
Heck, treat yourself! These are frozen and come pre-cut so they could not be easier to bake.
If you participated in butter braids, this fundraiser is very similar.
Here’s how it works:
Share this flier with friends and family via text, email, AND social media. The sale is ONLINE ONLY and will last from Sunday, April 14th until Monday April 29th.
Family and friends will choose your name and order here: https://www.hebronband.org/cookie dough
On Thursday, May 9th, the cookie dough will be delivered to Hebron and you will pick up your orders after school from 4-5:30 pm in Circle Drive.
You will deliver your cookie dough to friends and family. These come frozen and need to be delivered immediately or stored in your freezer until delivery, which needs to be completed before Mother’s Day!
We are asking that every band student sell at least 2 cookie dough, but if you want to sell more, that is wonderful! Even if you have met your fundraising goal, we are still asking each student to sell 2!!!
The TOP 5 Sellers will get a FREE cookie dough of their choice!
Don’t want to sell cookies? You can do the buyout here - https://paybee.io/@hebronband@91
If you have any questions, please reach out to Jessica Gillespie & Alison McCoy at butterbraids@hebronband.org
