FAFSA Madness Week 2
Congratulations to Amber Turner who was the winner of week two of FAFSA Madness! She will be taking home a 40" Vizio TV. There are still two Money Mondays left this month for seniors to win prizes! All they need to do is show Mrs. Mulder their FAFSA completion email.

On Wednesday, March 13th, the Wayland Union High School improv.anonymous team performed for the Leisure Life group at the Lumber Yard Event Center. Everyone had so much fun!
NHS Members Reading to Elementary Class
On Wednesday, March 13th, Mrs. Nykerk's classroom had the privilege of welcoming five National Honor Society members from Wayland Union High School to read to their class - a fun way to celebrate March Reading Month! Alexa, Chase, Ty, Tristin, & Hudson did a wonderful job reading and answering questions about NHS and high school life in general. These juniors and seniors were excellent role models, and they were so engaging while reading their books. Such a wonderful reading month activity!
Jazz Band Festival
The Wayland Jazz express attended the MSBOA Jazz festival hosted at Caledonia High School on Thursday, March 14! They were lucky enough to have Keith Hall, esteemed professional artist from WMU, to play drum set with them! Then they had a clinic with the renowned jazz educator, Doctor Jim Sawyer! Our high school jazz band received a Division 1 (superior) rating, closing a very busy and successful assessment season!
Pi Day Celebration
Mrs. Osborneās class at Pine Street celebrated Pi Day! They learned about pi, memorized as many digits of pi as they could and ate pie!
