LAST DAY SUNDAY 3/31!
Please help our wonderful colorguard raise money for the winterguard season. We are raising money for our winterguard season costs and competitions. Each day corresponds to the amount donated. (Day 5=$5, Day 11=$11, etc.) The goal is to have the entire calendar filled up. Once payment is made, your name will be displayed in the date(s) you purchased showing your support. Please consider purchasing multiple dates or even a full week. For every square you purchase, your name is entered into a drawing for 1 of 4 $50 cash prizes. Thank you for your support!

Volunteer Central
- The Hebron Band Garage Sale is on April 13th, and we will need a lot of volunteers that day. For those still working on your fundraising goals for the year, you can get a $40 credit per shift for working the garage sale! Signup is live!
- Hebron is hosting UIL on our campus April 23-25. We will need daytime volunteers to help facilitate the competition. Sign-up coming soon, please save the dates if you are available to help on a weekday!
- The Hebron Band Golf Tournament is on May 31st. Sign-ups are not up yet for day of volunteers, but pencil it in now so you don’t double book yourself! We also still need more committee members. We’re hard at work and hoping to make this our biggest fundraiser of the year, so please come help us make it a success!
Questions? Please e-mail Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org.

Garage Sale
Are you spring cleaning?
WE NEED YOUR STUFF FOR THE GARAGE SALE ON APRIL 13th!!
- WE ARE TAKING DONATIONS NOW!!! ASK YOUR NEIGHBORS FOR THEIR STUFF, TOO!!
- Donations need to be placed in boxes that can be stacked if you want them to be collected now
- LARGE items like furniture will be collected closer to the event
- Please contact Glenn Kimball at garagesale@hebronband.org to schedule a drop off or pick up.
- We also need any old hangers and plastic grocery bags.
This year we are doing more community outreach also. We’ll be reaching out to local businesses in the area and posting garage sale flyers advertising the event. The more buyers we drive to the event the better. Contact me at garagesale@hebronband.org (Glenn Kimball) Thanks in advance for all you do. #AIATT
Vintage Spiritwear! Read below!
Clean out your closets and donate your old spiritwear for GARAGE SALE!
Have you been cleaning out your closets and have no idea what to do with the huge amount of Hebron Band spirit wear you have from previous years?
We would love to take it off your hands (and out of your closets) and show it off again! Spirit wear is announcing the opening of Vintage Spirit Store at the Garage Sale on April 13th. Please consider donating any and all gently used spirit wear in order to stock our store!
Contact Jessica Kilgore at spiritwear@hebronband.org to coordinate drop off/pickup. Thank you!
Cookie Fundraiser is coming soon!
“C” is for COOKIE, that’s good enough for me! Don’t be a cookie monster, buy cookie dough for your Mom or other women in your life for Mother’s Day! Buy them for your neighbor who you always borrow stuff from! Buy them for your boss before asking for a raise;) Impress your Prom date with your baking skills! Heck, treat yourself! These are frozen and come pre-cut so they could not be easier to bake.
If you participated in butter braids, this fundraiser is very similar.
Here’s how it works:
1. Share this flyer with friends and family via text, email, AND social media. The sale is ONLINE ONLY and will last from Sunday, April 14th until Monday April 29th.
2. Family and friends will choose your name and order here: https://www.hebronband.org/cookiedough
3. On Thursday, May 9th, the cookie dough will be delivered to Hebron and you will pick up your orders after school from 4-5:30 pm in Circle Drive.
4. You will deliver your cookie dough to friends and family. These come frozen and need to be delivered immediately or stored in your freezer until delivery, which needs to be completed before Mother’s Day!
We are asking that every band student sell at least 2 cookie dough, but if you want to sell more, that is wonderful! Even if you have met your fundraising goal, we are still asking each student to sell 2!!!
The TOP 5 Sellers will get a FREE cookie dough of their choice!
If you have any questions, please reach out to Jessica Gillespie & Alison McCoy at butterbraids@hebronband.org
Here is a blurb you can post on Social Media with the attached flyer:

"WHY ARE WE DOING SO MUCH FUNDRAISING? I AM TIRED OF SELLING THINGS AND WORKING FUNDRAISING EVENTS!!!"
Did you know that 35% of our operating budget comes from fundraising? That is $350,000!! We raise money through sponsorships, spirit nights, fundraising events like the Golf Tournament and Garage Sale, and through sales (poinsettias, mattresses, butter braids, and cookie dough, etc.). These fundraising activities help to offset operating costs of our elite band program. If we remove fundraising income, band fees would increase by $1,000 per student.
We have made very good progress with fundraising this year. Our spring goal is $100,000 because we need to meet our operating budget AND start saving money for much needed trailer updates and repairs. Getting our equipment and props to our contests is a MUST!!!
Thank you for your continued support and effort.
Families, it is important to pay outstanding fees. This impacts the budget.
