Updates from Allenwood School

Mid-April Newsletter
Thank you, PTG!
The PTG generously funded our new sound system. It is a state of the art model that allows us to use wireless and wired mics simultaneously; therefore, we have six microphones! The system is controlled by an iPad allowing us to adjust the sound from anywhere in the room. With this upgrade, there is no set up required for Spirit Days, assemblies, concerts, or other performances. Simply turn on the microphone and go! Thank you, PTG!
NJSLA Testing
Third, fourth, and fifth graders should get to bed early and eat well before these assessments. The best preparation for NJSLA is hard work all year. Good luck, Dragons!

LIVE TO GIVE teaches that life’s abundance moves in cycles. In order to receive love, respect, kindness, etc. one must be willing to give those things to those around them. This Mindset shows that living to give requires one to stretch themselves, make a difference and receive gracefully, and by doing so, a legacy will be created for others to follow.
4 Key Components in this Mindset include:
- Stretch Yourself
- Make a Difference
- Receive Gracefully
- Create a Legacy
