Over 4000 children and families attended and participated in the Teddy Bear Picnic and Parade with Charleston Parks Conservancy! We appreciate them inviting us to share our music , art and parade'n expertise. Children received free art supplies , created art at our easels, participated in drum circles and paraded around the park. With 15 other community partners , it was a big time blast for everyone.

Heal with Hearts (HwH) is committed to strengthening our community through the Arts, caring for our community and helping students ,families teachers , artists and musicians in Charleston. HwH’s mission includes providing educational and therapeutic services to support children and families in our community.

Our weekly classes and projects at St Julian Devine . Students are busy working with expert teachers Georgia , Laronda , Gavin , Nick , Ward , and Patrick ! The music classes have included Tuesday's with Eric sharing the rhythms , dance , and song from his native country Ghana! Gavin has been sharing the music of Louis Armstrong in Carolina Studios mobile recording studio. Visual Arts and Writing classes have been full of fun and projects with Georgia , Laronda , B and Jackie.

We are excited to be back at St. Julian Devine center , bringing the art , dance and music classes to our Sanders Clyde and Simmons Pinckney students. We have been partnering with Carolina Studios.
