Hello Bobcat Families,

Thank you to all who came to Open House last Thursday! 🏡 We had a great turn out, and it was wonderful to see students showing off their hard work!

This week, CAASPP testing starts for grades 3-5 and will continue over the course of the next 3 weeks. It is important for students to be on time to school and to be present every single day, but especially during these days! Please be sure your child has a good night of sleep and eats breakfast, whether at home or school. iPads need to be charged and brought to school daily. Good luck to our Bobcats! 🍀

April 22nd-May 10th, Grades 3-5 will participate in annual state testing (CAASPP). CAASPP or California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress is the State of California’s system for monitoring student academic progress in ELA and math for students in 3rd through 12th grade. The primary purpose of CAASPP is to assist teachers, administrators, pupils, and parents by promoting high-quality teaching and learning through the use of a variety of assessment approaches and item types. 5th grade will also participate in the California Science Test known as the CAST.

Toys weapons are NOT allowed at school. This includes all toy guns, NERF guns, water guns, etc. Possessing an imitation firearm or look-alike gun that poses no risk to safety is a suspendable offense. Please check your child's backpack to see what they are taking to school. Thank you for your support!
