The mandatory BCSD returning student update will be available for parents to complete in your parent portal account on May 1. This is where you will upload your yearly required two proofs of residency as well as sign the chromebook agreement. Every student returning to BCSD is required to have this completed. By doing so early, this will ensure your student will be issued their device without any delays.

The 6th Grade Science classes will have ECM (Engaging Creative Minds) Engaged Learning Experience (ELE) with Simone Liberty entitled, "For Every Action". In this Science/Dance integrated lesson, students will work in groups to create dances practicing symbolism and choreographic meaning to represent different human body systems. Ms. Graham's classes will have their experience March 18-22nd. Ms. McCumiskey's classes will have their experience March 25-29th.

Jazz Performance Assessment (JPA): All students in 8th grade jazz band (MUSIC8) are required participate in JPA. 7th graders may participate by invitation only. Rehearsals begin next week: March 26 3-3:45. Check email for further details.
