New Gym

We have officially started using our new gym as of Wednesday! Our Kinder students were the first to get in there, so they had a mini ribbon-cutting ceremony prior to entering. We will look to schedule an open house soon so that our parents get a chance to come check out our new facility.

Regional Track Send Off

We were lucky to have our Blanco High School Regional Track athletes drive by our campus on their way out of town to the Regional Meet. Our students were extremely excited to get to see these amazing athletes and I think that the High School students enjoyed it as well.

Student of the Month

We were proud to recognize Isela Mancha as our April Student of the Month for BES at the recent Board Meeting. She is a great example of student that leads by example!

STAAR Testing Continues - CLOSED CAMPUS

We will continue STAAR testing on our campus over the next 2 weeks. The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, April 23 - Science (5th grade)
Tuesday, April 30 - Math (3rd, 4th, & 5th grades)

The students have all day to take each of the tests. Due to testing security, no parents will be allowed on campus on these days. Should your child miss the actual day of testing, they will be able to make it up when they return.

We ask that you please make sure that your child gets a good night's sleep before the day of testing and that they eat a good breakfast the day of testing. Doing these things can go a long way to help your child be successful.
