A big shout-out to Sisseton Wrestling Team members Blake, Ian, Holden, and Kayden for competing well at the State Tournament this past weekend in Sioux Falls.

Ian and Kayden took 4th in their classes, while Holden placed 2nd.

Well done, wrestlers!

Students in Ag Mechanics have been learning about hydraulics. Chase and Hannah took the skills they had learned and built a hydraulic hand!

A reminder that students enrolled in Intro to Ag need to have their safety contract signed to be working in the shop. Check with your student so they can take advantage of all the good hands-on learning available!

The deadline to register for the April ACT Test is March 8th.

The test will be held at Sisseton High School on April 13. If you have questions or need help registering, contact Mrs. Filipek at Lindsay.Filipek@k12.sd.us

SHS students competed at the solo and ensemble festival in Watertown on Wednesday. They brought home several superior performance awards and three students earned perfect scores. Congrats to Gabby and Taylor on their vocal performances, and Migizii on his trumpet solo!

Students, remember that your Chromebooks are the property of Sisseton High School and are to be used for schoolwork. Please take care of them. If you purchased the case/coverage please keep your Chromebook in that case to protect it. If you do have an issue with your Chromebooks like a missing hinge cover or black spots on your screen, please see Mrs. Gregg, who will work with you on repairing the issue.
