New Gym Open House
We are excited to invite everyone to come see the new gym on Monday, April 29 from 5:30-7:00PM. Coach Campbell will be available to show guests around and talk about our new facility. We hope that everyone will be able to drop by to see it. This is a come and go event.
Access:
In order to make things as simple as possible, we will open the gates behind the gym along 13th street. You may park in the back and enter through the gates on 13th street.
STAAR Testing Continues - CLOSED CAMPUS
We will continue with our final round of STAAR testing on our campus next week. The schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, April 30 - Math (3rd, 4th, & 5th grades)
The students have all day to take the test. Due to testing security, no parents will be allowed on campus on these days. Should your child miss the actual day of testing, they will be able to make it up when they return.
We ask that you please make sure that your child gets a good night's sleep before the day of testing and that they eat a good breakfast the day of testing. Doing these things can go a long way to help your child be successful.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call the school.

The Last Month of School
The last month of the year will be very busy on our campus. We will be conducting End of the Year testing in all grade levels through MAP testing, DRA testing, and mClass testing. We will also be having Field Day, Awards Ceremonies, and End of the Year Classroom Parties. In between all of these things, we will strive to keep instruction as normal as possible to start preparing students for the next grade level. Attendance will remain very important for our students to not only continue to learn, but also to enjoy all of the activities that are coming up. Thank you parents for your continued support in your child's success.
