From the Principal's pen...

Patriot Families,


We had an early victory this year as we were declared winners of the TISD Pantry Raid! We would like to thank all that donated to the cause as it is such a great way to give back to our community. September is in full swing and we have some very important events over the next few weeks. Monday September 11th at 8:30 we will be honoring our campus namesake, Dr. Bryan C. Jack in our annual Patriot Day Ceremony. We invite former and current military and first responders to this event as well as our families.


Also coming up on the 19th is our annual Open House. Event details will be coming this week. The PTA meeting will begin at 5:00 in the cafe, with Open House activities beginning at 5:30. We also have our second annual Leadership Signing Day on the 21st. We had a blast with this event last year and it really set the standard for leadership for our campus last year.


And lastly, our fall book fair begins at the end of the month, culminating with Grandfriend's Day on September 29th. We have the schedule below for that day and hope all of our Grandfriend's are able to make it.


Thanks again for all of the support and a great start to the new year!

Reminders at Jack

- Please drop off by 7:50. Our tardy bell rings at that time and we want our Patriots ready to learn with us.


- We cannot release kids after 2:45 due to dismissal procedures. If you have appointments, please make arrangements to pick up by this time.


- If you are dropping off before 7:15, please use the back loop. This area is staffed and students are directed to the cafe or gym. After 7:15, our front loop will be open.

We have already hit 75% membership for August, which is exaclty where we need to be. We also already have almost 100 students signed up.
