Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer next week (January 29 - February 2) for Winter Activities Week! WE STILL HAVE MORE volunteer spots to fill! Some grades do not have a need for volunteers. If you are a parent in that grade or all spots for your child's class are full please consider helping in another class. I know the specialist teachers would GREATLY appreciate your help. See what is available and sign-up here: South Row PTO: 2024 Winter Fun Activity Volunteers (signupgenius.com)
We hope many of you can join us for our next PTO meeting. We have a proposed change to our budget regarding the amount that we gift to a graduating senior as part of our South Row scholarship. We'll need members to attend in order to vote on whether or not to approve this change. Our treasurer will help present the information and let you all know where the budget currently stands. We'll see you on Monday February 5th starting at 7pm in the South Row Cafeteria (you can enter through the dock door from the parking lot).
NEW THIS YEAR - Supervised activities for kids during the meetings. If you haven't been able to make it to a meeting because you don't have someone to watch your kids we have heard you. We will have volunteers at ALL of the rest of our meetings so that you can bring your kids along. The volunteers will facilitate crafts or games or assist with homework while you participate in the meetings. If you would like to utilize this service, please use this form to RSVP your kids so we can make sure we have an appropriate number of volunteers. https://forms.gle/q8ufPnwrd1dhyHdm7
