Principal Message

Merry Christmas and happy New Year from CCS! We are so incredibly grateful for the year that was and the year to come. We are also very proud of our student body and our staff for making 2022 a successful year and I feel that 2023 will be a continuation of this success.


With the wrap-up of our Christmas concert on December 15th, the Christmas Store by Participarent and our Christmas lunch on December 16th we are now in stay warm mode until the holidays begin. At the beginning of this school year I nicknamed it “The Return of the Kodiak” and I believe we are living that nickname. This year has brought with it all the successes and challenges of running a school with all the supplemental activities that we do. Those engagement activities are what make this place so special and it has been very exciting to bring this place back to life with extracurriculars, school visitors and the multitude of engaging educational activities that we do.


In the new year stay tuned to our Facebook page, teacher newsletters, our website and all the other ways that our school communicates for the engaging activities coming to CCS.


I hope everyone has a tremendous Christmas holiday and a fabulous New Year.

Sandwich Progam

February sandwich orders open on December 22nd and close on January 25th!

All sandwiches come with a 2% milk.


Please be sure to pack your child healthy snacks for the day.

Participarent News!!!!

We are hosting a movie night on January 13th, 2023 in the school gym. Doors will open at 6:00 and the movie, Lyle Lyle Crocodile, will start at 6:30. Anyone grade six and lower must be accompanied by an adult. Junior High students can attend without an adult. Snacks will be sold at our concession, cash only!


***Next pizza lunch day will be January 27th.


Want to get involved in our Participarent Society?

Join us on Monday January 23rd after the school council meeting.

The Participarent Society meets the 4th Monday of each month and our goal is to enhance the experiences for the students and staff at Clairmont Community School. Get involved and make a difference in your child's school experience.
