STUDENT & FACULTY OPPORTUNITIES
2022 Hauber Summer Research Fellowship Program - Application deadline extended to 2/25
Each summer, a select group of undergraduate NAS majors is selected to conduct research with faculty mentors on projects in their area of interest during the 10-week Hauber Summer Research Fellowship program, culminating with research presentations for the Loyola community, research posters, and scientific papers. Participation has been a stepping stone for many students to campus and national awards, publications, and admission to graduate programs. The fellowship carries a $5,000 stipend with discounted on-campus housing available and runs from the first week of June through mid-August.
To apply, students must connect with a faculty mentor and submit a tentative title and brief abstract of their proposed research. With the first few weeks of the spring semester conducted remotely, we realize that many students may not have had an opportunity to find a professor to work with. There is still time! The application deadline has been extended to Friday, February 25.
For details and application, visit www.loyola.edu/hauber.
