
A song for Easter Olive oil cookies
CEIP "LA FUENTE" NAMBROCA (SPAIN)
INGREDIENTES
4 cups of flour
½ cup of water (milk can be used too)
½ cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Preparation
1. 1. Whisk the oil with the eggs and sugar.
2. Add the water ( or milk), baking powder and flour until all ingredients are completely blended.
3. Make small balls and using the rolling pin form the cookies.
4. Then you can use the metal shapes to create the forms you want, you can model with your hands too.
5. Bake in the oven (180ºC) until lightly toasted.
6. You can then decide if you want them as they are or you prefer using a fondant icing to decorate (which is what most of our students did)
