This week is National Counselor Week! We want to thank our school counselor, Mr. Ferrell, and our counseling Assistant, Ms. Brigid (Apple 🍎), for their important role at BES! From teaching classes, working with students in small groups, and helping students be the best they can be, they are such an important part of what makes Bethel a wonderful place!

Here is the link to the latest Haywood County Schools calendar. Please note that the Remote Learning Day for February 28th has been removed and it will be a regular school day. Originally, February had 2 of these Remote Days, however, with our snow days and Remote Learning Days used in January, those have been changed to regular student days.

Students will receive this information tomorrow in their book bags. Thanks for supporting the Candy Grams event from PTO! Candy Gram sales will be this week with all money turned in on Friday. PTO will need a couple days to get all the messages ready and then Candy Grams will be delivered on Valentine's Day! 💝

We will be having our 2nd Annual Spring Fling on Friday, May 3rd! More information coming soon!! We will be needing items for our silent auction if you know anyone that wants to donate an item!

The check in testing window for Grades 3rd - 5th grade continues this week. Students will complete the shorter Check-ins first thing in the morning. Thanks for having your students to school on time.
