Good Morning OES families!
Our students were able to celebrate filling the Owl's Nest on Wednesday with a trip to the Star Movie Theater in St. Johnsbury. All students watched the Disney movie "Wish". Students returned to school very excited, and appreciative for this opportunity.
Last Friday was the final day for Lotto Calendar Sales and for collecting items for the annual Food Drive. If you have any remaining items (calendars, money, or food items), please be sure to bring them in on Monday.
The 8th grades are currently selling Little Caesar Pizza Kits. If you are interested in purchasing, be sure to connect with an 8th grader. All proceeds will go toward their end of the year trip.
We have many different basketball teams using our gym this season. Therefore, it is important that students gather their belongings at the end of the day. Students are forgetting sweatshirts, jackets, snow pants, boots, and other items around the building on a daily basis. Items left behind are placed in the lost and found - feel free to look for your students belongings there!
Please remember that students should be accompanied by an adult when attending basketball games. The expectation is that students attending games remain in the gym, and do not travel elsewhere in the building unsupervised. With your support, we will have a successful basketball season!
We have a full week of school this week before vacation. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 2nd.
