We had our Fall Family Night at the Bonham Public Library on Monday, November 14. Mrs. Lyles shared information about dyslexia, strategies, resources and ways to help students at home. The students participated in activities provided at the library. Families were given the opportunity to get or renew a library card. Each family received a take- home packet.
Grant from Fannin County Soil & Water Conservation
Journie Hilliard recieved a $250.00 grant. Ms. Hilliard will use the money recieved in her science class. The students will have the opportunity to make Chia Pets and learn how soil plays a vital part in plant growth and how plant roots hold the soil in place to avoid erosion.
