Sachse Mustang Band Updates
August 17, 2022
Week 2 of School UPDATED and revised
ATTENTION: Parent Performance postponed!
We really try not to make major adjustments to the schedule, however, this performance was set due to stadium availability not necessarily because it made sense for our schedule. Everyone needs to be able to rest on Friday after rehearsal so we can be productive on Saturday since we only have 3 drill days.
I expect the weather to be far better on Tuesday night for everyone involved and your vantage point as an audience member will be much better than it would have been at our stadium. Now that our district Stadium Rehearsal Schedule is final, this makes more sense. Thank you for your support and understanding of this change, we are working hard to do what is best for students and the organization as a whole.

STADIUM Rehearsal (repeat)
Monday following rehearsal, tuba racks need to come in to the landing outside the bandhall. At the end of your B Day band class, tubas need to go in cases and on these racks.
Make sure to load your equipment immediately at the end of the school day before leaving for the day. You will meet at Williams stadium 30 minutes prior to rehearsal to get your equipment off of trucks or trailers that have been transported for you. TUBAS if you have your own transportation for your equipment, please make sure that Mr. Tucker is aware of these accommodations so there is no delay in loading equipment.
TUBAS: Make sure that at the end of your B day class that your instrument goes into the case and is in the Loading Carts so you don't have to come in after school.
