Introducing WS Amazing Shake!
We are thrilled to announce that West Side Elementary is launching our very own Amazing Shake competition exclusively for our 5th Grade Ambassadors, inspired by the renowned Ron Clark Academy. This exciting challenge is designed to help our students develop confidence, communications skills, employability skills, and professionalism in real-world scenarios.
As we prepare to make this an unforgettable experience, we are seeking community and business leaders like you to join us in shaping the future for our young leaders. Here's how you can get involved:
Ways to Support the WS Amazing Shake:
- Be a Judge - Engaged directly with students by evaluating their ability to introduce themselves, maintain eye contact, and respond to real-world questions in a professional manner.
- Host a Challenge Station - Crease an interactive scenario related to your industry where students must demonstrate quick thinking, problem-solving, and social skills. For example, a restaurant owner might set up a "Customer Service Challenge" where students must handle difficulty customer interactions with poise and professionalism.
- Sponsor a Round or Provide Prizes - Help us make this a top-notch event by contributing funds, prizes, or other resources. Sponsorship can also include providing a hospitality room for guest judges, ensuring they have refreshments and comfortable space between rounds.
- Offer Mentorship Opportunities - Inspire students by sharing insights from your career, providing feedback, and encouraging their development beyond the competition.
Why Partner with Us?
- Community Impact: Empower students with essential life skills that will benefit them for years to come.
- Workforce Development: Introduce young minds to professional expectations and diverse career paths early on.
- Brand Visibility: Gain recognition as a supporter of education and leadership in our community.
We would love to discuss how your organization can be part of this incredible event. Please let us know your interest, and we will be happy to provide more details!
