Cardinal Pole Catholic School - Autumn Term 2 Newsletter
Welcome to Cardinal Pole's Good News
As the year draws to a close, we use this time to reflect upon our actions and goals; to think about our purpose and how we can improve ourselves and push ourselves further, to do that bit better next year. It is also a time to reflect upon our actions towards one another and think about how we can be more caring and empathetic members of our community.
Christmas time is a time for charity, community and the celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ. I would like to take this time to thank our school community for their generosity in donating to our food drive and thinking about members of our community in need. It has been a truly wonderful end to the term and we look forward to the many successes and opportunities the new year brings.
We wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a joyous New Year and we look forward to seeing you next year!

CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES
Food and Clothes Drive
Year 7 Carol Service
Our Year 7s performed at St Dominic’s RC Church this week. A wonderful story told through readings and Carols. Each of our Year 7 forms worked hard on their own Carols with soloists and our excellent school choir accompanying them. The addition of live instruments really brought the concert to life! Parents and staff gathered to hear them singing which got us all in a festive mood. Well done Year 7 and Ms Owens for a truly joyful occasion.
