Today will be the first meeting of The Green Team and Eco-Geeks. We will meet at 2:05 in Mr. Corey's room (105) to discuss the objectives of the club and upcoming activities for the year. All are welcome!

Attention all Freshmen, there is a meeting today at 2:15 in Room 202 to discuss float building. We need plenty of people to make our float a success. Please come and pick up a tee shirt to decorate and wear in the parade.

The Dungeons and Dragons club is having it's introductory meeting Wednesday 9/21 at 2:10pm in the Library. Join Mr Taccetta as a new player, or as a returning member of the club. Information about the club, meetings, and the game itself will be provided. Bring snacks. And a friend, or two.

Senior T-shirt order form deadline has been extended to Friday, September 23rd. Order forms can be found in the Library and the Main office.

Once each grade has its 10 nominees, we will vote again this week to determine each grade levels spirt duo’s and fill our 2022 Cougar Court.

Attention all students. Are you interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math? If so, come join the STEM Club. We will be meeting next Monday after school in Room 137. Our agenda includes welcoming new and returning members as well as a short TED Talk about life on Mars. All students are welcome. Pizza will be served.

Reminder for students staying after school, you must be with a teacher, in the library, or in the cafeteria, this includes students staying for sports and other activities. For safety reasons, if you're wandering around the halls, you will be directed to the cafeteria or the library.

All student absences, doctor appointments, early dismissal and late arrival information needs to be communicated with the attendance office.

The first class of the day begins at 7:30 am.

Students planning on registering for the October ACT: This test administration date has been cancelled by ACT at the HF-L location due to decreasing numbers of testers in our area. You may still be able to take this exam elsewhere on this date. We will be offering the ACT at HF-L High School in June 2023. Thank you for understanding!

It is mandatory that all students entering the 12th grade have received their necessary immunizations BEFORE reporting to school on September 8th, opening day.

Our school nurse Mrs. Mandak, will contact every family that has yet to submit the required documentation. Any student reporting to school on opening day without proper immunizations will not be allowed to participate. Please help us to make the first day a positive and smooth transition for your child. If you have any questions or

concerns about the vaccination process, please call Mrs. Mandak at 624-7055.
