Returning Students Registration

We are excited to welcome back all returning students. The first day of class is Sunday, September 17, 2023, at 9:20 am (bilingual classes begin at 11:30 am). Please arrive a few minutes early to help your child find their classroom. If you have not registered your child, please do so as soon as possible. Registrations are still being accepted online at http://straphaelparish.wixsite.com/parish or in person at the Office of Religious Formation. Parents, don't forget to meet in the hall for a Mandatory Parent Meeting at

9:30 am. We look forward to seeing you all on Sunday!

In order to complete your registration on the registration session you will need to:

1. Fill out medical form 2023-2024

2. Submit Documentation

• Sacramental Documentation

• Medical Form 2023-2024

3. Submit your payment.

4. Email us or drop off at Office of Religious Formation

5. Complete Registration Form

Please uploaded to ccdstraphael@gmail.com: Please make sure to include the name of the student, name of the catechist, and the payment transaction number in the email.

• Birth Certificate

• Baptismal Certificate

• First Holy Communion Certificate (only for Confirmation)

• Medical Form 2023-2024

Returning Students Tuition (communion 2 and Confirmation 2)

$ 90.00 per student

Remember that students will receive a new book, prayer book, drawstring backpacks, new polo shirt if needed, etc.)

You can pay with check or cash at Office of Religious Formation. If you prefer to pay with a card please follow the instructions below:

If you pay online make sure you save your receipt & transaction number to provide to us.
