New to RCS or just need a refresher? Come learn the basics of essential programs like Clever, Edlio, and Office 365 to support traditional and distance learning instruction. We will also demonstrate our learning management platforms, Kiddom and Microsoft Teams, so that you can have an idea of which program you would like to use (more training will be available).

Extension (30 minutes):

The trainer will stay on the call for questions while you take some time to set up your teacher Clever page or your Edlio webpage.

This session will walk participants through the process of establishing an online classroom. Participants will explore available options.

Session Objectives:

• Determine which platform, communication tool, and your live or recorded lesson schedule.
• Determine how student will show what they know.
• Establish communication and feedback protocols
• Develop procedural and routines and structures to teach your online students

The purpose of this course is to give an overview of Zoom for Education and how teachers can use this resource to provide synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities for students. This covers the security settings in Zoom.
