Summer Reading & Assignments

RHHS summer closing information

The front office will be open from 9am-1pm Thursday, June 20, and Monday, June 24th, and then will be closed through July 5th. The east front office will reopen on Monday, July 8th.

The school is fully closed the week of July 3-7.

Senior portraits for Class of 2020

CLASS OF 2020 SENIOR PORTRAITS:

Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch will be on campus June 25-28th & July 16-20 to take senior portraits.

Pictures will be taken in the EAST CAMPUS cafeteria (this is a change from west campus cafeteria)

Certificates of Enrollment

Certificates of Enrollment for the summer that were applied for by MONDAY June 3rd remain on file for pick up in the east front office. Typically, the form is valid for one month. However, according to the Dept. of Drivers Services, the Certificate of Enrollment forms issued beginning in May, 2019, will be accepted until September 30, 2019.

We are not able to process Certificate of Enrollment requests that were made after June 3rd until July 8th. These forms require a Notary, and our Notary returns on July 8th.

Student parking: permit sales begin July 12

Regular Sale Permits: starting July 12th | $65.00

Qualifications to Purchase a Parking Permit during the Presale or Regular time periods:

No ISS or OSS
Not on Obligations List
Passing or passed at least 75% of classes
6 or fewer absences and/or 6 or fewer tardies (second semester of 18-19 school year)*

Students who do not meet the ISS/OSS, Obligations List, and Academic expectations will be able to purchase parking permits beginning the second nine weeks. All of the above qualifications must continue to be met in order to apply at the second nine weeks and purchase a parking permit for $65.00.

*Students with more than 6 absences or tardies will be allowed to purchase a parking permit WITH A SIGNED CONTRACT that will state that they will either meet attendance qualifications during the first semester or they will surrender their parking permit for second semester. These students will have a contract provided to them as part of the application process. Contract will require student, parent, and administrator signature.

PowerSchool and Transcript requests

PowerSchool will be down for scheduled maintenance next week, June 24-28. During this time, we will be unable to access student records. We will not be able to access or print transcripts during this time.

Report Cards

Report cards are now available for pick up in our EAST campus main office (the office closest to the football field).

All Sports Pass is on sale now

RHHS Athletics is excited to offer an ALL SPORTS PASS for next school year. The pass will allow for the holder to get into all RHHS home athletic events for the 2019-20 school year. This is a value of over $350! Individual football game tickets will be $8 next year, and other athletic events range from $5-$7.

The ALL SPORTS PASS is being sold to students for $65. Rising seniors, as a senior privilege, may purchase this pass for $50. These passes are sold individually and not transferable to another person. The card-holder's name will be printed on the card.

We will only make these available until July 20th. After this date, no more All Sports Passes will be sold.

SAT and ACT test dates and registration information

The SAT and ACT are given several times throughout each school year. Please click the links below for additional information about test dates, registration deadlines, and information about how to register.

Fee waivers are available for students on free/reduced lunch. Students should talk to their counselor for more information.
