January 29 - February 2
Message from Mr. Nelson
Dear GMS Families,
This week we will begin our recognition of Black History Month. We have a team of teachers and students who will work together to recognize the important contributions made by African Americans in our country.
We are also getting close to the interim reporting period for the third nine weeks. This is a great time for students to check for any missing assignments and to work with their teachers to check for any gaps in their learning. It's also a great time to set goals for finishing the nine weeks strong. Thank you for your support!
Sincerely,
Jacob Nelson
Principal, Gettys Middle School.
