Preschool Open House

Do you have a rising Preschool student?

Join us Wednesday, January 11, between 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Meet staff, see classrooms, and learn about our programming. We have three day and five options, morning, afternoon, and full day. Our Preschool is part of the Green Meadow Elementary School community and a wonderful way to help prepare children for Kindergarten. Preschool application paperwork will be available. We look forward to meeting you!

Kindergarten Registration 2023-2024

Kindergarten Registration for new members of the Green Meadow School will take place on January 17, 18 & 19 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm and January 18 from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Green Meadow School.

Registration packets can be printed from the Maynard Public Schools website by clicking here, or a packet can be picked up at the Green Meadow School.

Registration packets must include the child’s birth certificate, record of immunizations, most recent physical exam, and proof of Maynard residency (utility bill, lease, tax receipt).

Children must be 5 years old before September 1, 2023 to enter kindergarten.

ACCESS for ELLs

It's time for ACCESS testing at Green Meadow!

"Federal and state laws require that English learner (EL) students be assessed annually to measure their proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking English, as well as the progress they are making in learning English. In fulfillment of these laws, EL students are required to participate in ACCESS for ELLs tests. ACCESS for ELLs tests are administered annually in January-February."

Phone / Internet Access

The network closet in the kindergarten hallway had to be rebuilt. Unfortunately this caused a brief disruption to the internet access and phones on Friday afternoon prior to dismissal. We apologize if you tried calling the school at that time. We are currently working on resolving the issue.

New Tiger!

We'd like to welcome baby Victoria Maria Cabrera born on Saturday, January 7th at 4:17 am weighing 6 lbs 4oz and measuring 18.5 inches long. Congratulations to Mrs. Monica Galdamez and her family on their new addition!
