Due to the snow day on Thursday, December 15, 2022, Coatesville Area School District will be utilizing its first snow makeup day. The district will be in session for students and staff on February 17, 2023. We will not be adjusting any end of marking period or trimester dates and grade reporting will remain as scheduled.

Happy New Year EF Family! The East Fallowfield Science Fair is on January 19th! We are in need of Judges. If you work in the Science field or just like Science, we would love for you to volunteer your time the morning of January 19th from 10:30-11:30 as a judge. Please email Mrs. Billman if you are interested at Billmanj@casdschools.org.

Each Friday on the morning announcements, we have our Eagle Eye Ticket Drawing to celebrate good bus behavior. The prizes vary from week to week and this week's prize was a hot chocolate party with Mrs. Willis. It was such a fun way to start off our morning! Congratulations to last week's winners. Keep SOARing!

Congratulations to the following students for leveling up on Lexia English! Both Erik and Santiago leveled up before the holiday break and Isabelle leveled up last week. We are so proud of your hard work and can't wait to see you level up again!

Our next PTO meeting will be moved to Wednesday, January 11th at 7:00 pm. There is an in-person and zoom option for those who would like to attend.

Report Cards are available for marking period 1 on Home Access Center. Students in kindergarten were sent home with paper copies. All other grade levels can access the report cards electronically. The instructions are available below. If you need a paper copy, you can contact the main office and a hard copy can be sent home.

This year at East Fallowfield we are revamping our PBIS program and focusing on our Big East Expectations of Safety, Ownership, Acceptance and Respect. Last week, students had the opportunity to learn what these expectations look like, sound like, and feel like in different areas around the school including the classroom, cafeteria, playground, bus, hallway, and bathrooms.

Students are so excited to be rewarded for meeting these expectations with Class Dojo points. Parents please be sure to accept the Class Dojo invite from your child's teacher so you can track the great work they are doing in class.
