Good afternoon, MTES families!

This is the first of several communications that will be coming your way over the next few weeks as we enter the 2022-2023 school year. The purpose of this newsletter is to inform you of some significant changes to our student arrival and dismissal processes to enhance student safety.

It is imperative that you read this newsletter in its entirety, as well as the Student Arrival and Dismissal information packet. In addition, we have provided a Student Arrival and Dismissal Video to assist you with visualizing and understanding these processes.

The Student Dismissal Form is required to be completed separately for each student at MTES. It is important to note that daily and/or weekly changes to student dismissal arrangements are no longer permitted. Families will be required to submit a quarterly dismissal plan for each student that indicates daily arrangements. The details of these procedures can be found within the attached information packet, as well as the Student Dismissal Form itself. The window to submit this form for your student(s) is Monday, July 25th to Wednesday, August 10th. Any student that does not have a submitted form will be transported on their primary bus route each day.
