Happy Fall!

We are off and running and having a great year. Please take the time to read carefully this month's Burro Blast. Counselor's Corner

Seniors: Colorado's fifth annual Free Applications Day$ will be held on

October 18 - 20th, 2022 for Colorado residents! Mrs. Hatch has been working with Seniors on completing applications through Common App and will be available to help students submit applications that week. Please schedule a time to meet with her if you are interested in applying to Colorado colleges.

All high school students (and parents/guardians), make sure you regularly access your CollegeBoard account and check for any updates on your individual "Big Future" page. Each time you complete one step, your name goes into a $500 scholarship drawing.

Welcoming Celebration of our New South Park Baseball Field!

We would like to invite everyone to help us celebrate the opening of the new South Park Baseball Field and to thank all those who have helped make this dream a reality.

The celebration is scheduled for Wednesday, October 12 from 4:30-6:30 PM.

Night At The Improv!

"South Park High School Theater Arts Department presents: Improv Night! You are invited to join us Wednesday, October 5th at 6PM for an evening of fun. Our Theater group will be taking YOUR suggestions and turning them into improvised scenes on the spot. We hope you can join us! Tickets are free and will be available at the door or prior to the show from Mr. Thompson or any of our theater students."

South Park Summer European Vacation!

Students who will be 14 years of age and older as of June 2024 are eligible to join the South Park Europe Trip led by Ms. Slifka. In prior years she has taken South Park students to Greece, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, France and the UK.

The next trip will be to Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and London in late June of 2024. Please let Ms. Slifka know if you want to stay in the loop regarding this trip by filling out the information on this form.
