Help our youngest children FALL in love with reading!

The Monett PAT program will be collecting new or like-new books through the month of October. You can drop off or send in Infant/Toddler books at MES, the PAT office, or the Monett public library.

If you are interested in learning more about the Monett Parents as Teachers program please visit the Early Childhood program on the district website or call 235-3411.

MHS Art Department

The MHS Art Department is seeking donations of old crochet hooks sizes G, H, I. Each year, students in Ms. Leeper's art classes do crochet projects. They make beanies, socks, or hats.

Water Bottles & Face Coverings

Thank you for reminding your student(s) to bring a water bottle and face-covering daily. We continue to accept donations of NEW water bottles and face coverings. Feel free to drop them off at any of our school offices. Thank you in advance for your donations!

Mrs. Ruth has created a Google Classroom for sophomores and seniors. The purpose of this Google Classroom is to share information about graduation, scholarships, and career/college information.

We continue to hire substitute teachers. Requirements to become a substitute teacher have been eased by DESE to encourage more people to apply. Click HERE for more information on becoming a substitute teacher in Missouri.

Nolan Black from Aurora was named the Parliamentarian, and McKayla Lombard from Wheaton was named secretary as the Southwest District SkillsUSA Officers.

Aubrey Boatwright from Aurora won the Ultimate Raider at the Fredricktown Raider Meet for JROTC.
