Schoology
Last year, we started a new reporting program called Schoology for grades 1-4. This year, kindergarten will also be using Schoology for reporting.
All reporting of student progress is done "live" in this program, and as such, parents do not receive paper report cards throughout the year. Live reporting has been common practice in Red Deer Catholic Schools for the last several years.
Teachers use timely and targeted assessments (marks and comments) based on the curriculum outcomes. Teachers will be updating Schoology monthly. We encourage you to log into Schoology and if you are needing any support in this area, please contact your child's teacher.
Watch our Week at a Glance for more updates on Schoology to come!
