Month "LEE" Scoop

This year we are having the ever-popular slap bracelets ($1 each) for our Valentine Love Grams! We are also adding in the option of carnations for teachers and staff ($2 each) which will be provided by Petals & Vine. Forms will go home soon and we will be adding these for online purchases as well.

We will celebrate Valentine's Day Monday, February 14. See the schedule below for grade level party times. Parents may enter the building using the front or side door. Room parents will be allowed in the classroom 15 minutes prior to the party to set up .

Due to anticipated extreme winter weather, parent lunches have been canceled for Friday, February 4. We hope to see you Friday, March 18.

Each month, we will focus on a specific character trait. Mrs. Hogan provides daily announcements and guidance lessons regarding that trait to help the students put it in action. The trait for the month of February is COMPASSION. The parent newsletter is also attached.

• School starts at 8:00 A.M. and ends at 3:30 P.M.
• Tardy bell rings @ 8:00 A.M.

Children not in the building by the 8:00 A.M. bell are considered tardy. Please refer to our student handbook regarding our tardy policy. If your child is tardy, please do not drop your child off. For their safety, your child should be signed in at the office.

• If your child is absent, please send a note to the office by 3:30 P.M. on the day that they return.

• Please bring tennis shoes everyday for P.E.
