Fire Drill Update
On Monday, August 28th, we had our first fire drill. The whole school only took 2 minutes and 42 seconds! Our students did a great job exiting the building carefully and quietly. Our school staff helped out at the childcare to assist with getting the infants out safely.
Mass this Week
Our first reading (1 Thes. 3:7-13) and the Gospel (Matt. 24:42-51) both urge people to strengthen their hearts in preparation for when Jesus returns. In 1 Thessalonians, Paul tells them to grow in love and in holiness, so they may fill any areas of their faith which may be deprived. This is a great reminder to all of us to focus on asking the Holy Spirit to strengthen our relationship with Jesus each day. What are ways your family can grow in love and devotion to God?

- Spirit Day (Wednesdays) - Uniform bottoms with a St. Cecilia t-shirt or team uniform top!
- All School Mass for K - 8 (Thursdays) - Below is our schedule for the entire school year. Family members are welcome to join us after checking in at the front office!
- STAR Standardized Testing (now until Sept. 15) - Our standardized testing window is open for the Fall time frame.
- Volleyball Games - ABC is looking for volunteers to operate the concession stand, admission window, and scoreboard. Click here for dates and times to help out!
- Soccer Team Pictures (9/6) - Check the times below for your child's team photos!
- Curriculum Night (9/7) - Mark your calendars for next Thursday from 6 - 7:30 pm!
- Oktoberfest Fundraiser (9/15) - Enjoy live music, games, costume contest & more!
- Color Fun Run (10/7) - Registration deadline is September 27th to get a shirt and color powder! If anyone registers after 9/28, they will not receive a shirt or color powder.
