Addison School District 4 participates in the annual Illinois 5Essentials Survey that collects feedback from students, teachers, and parents each school year. Your participation in the parent survey will enable you to share your thoughts on important elements of our schools effectiveness. All responses are confidential and will never be connected to you or your child.

For parent results of this survey to be included in our ISBE designation for this school year we need 20% of parents to take the survey Please strongly consider taking this survey as we want your feedback and want to exceed the 20% response rate!

For Valentine's Day Student Council is sponsoring... Red, White & Pink Day this Tuesday, 2-16-21! Students and staff are encouraged to wear all the red, white and pink they can!

March conferences have been allocated for students that have been identified by their classroom teacher as needing to meet with their parent. Conferences will take place on Friday, 3-5-21 from 12:45 to 3:30 pm. Over the next few days, if your child's classroom teacher would like to conference with you they will be contacting you. If you do not hear from your child's teacher but would like to discuss your child's progress, please communicate your request to them.

Additionally, since we are conducting conferences during the afternoon of Friday, 3-5-21 all classes will be instructed remotely and we will follow our Wednesday schedule. All students will be expected to log onto their classroom teacher's zoom meeting at 8:45 am.

Student attendance continues to be taken on a daily basis, whether your child is attending class In-Person or Remotely. Therefore, if your family intends on taking a vacation, or your child is staying outside the state or country; please be sure to notify the Fullerton Office at 630-458-2950.

Please understand we are not able to provide Synchronous/Asynchronous instruction or Related Services outside of the state. Our staff is only licensed to provide instruction or services within Illinois.

Every Wednesday the Fullerton Library will have extended drop off/pick up hours for library books that have been placed on hold! Books can be dropped off/picked up Wednesday's until 5:00 pm. Please enter at Door 1 and someone will be there to assist you.

Please review How to Place a Book on Hold to learn about this process. Students may check out two library books at a time and read them for up to two weeks.

7-Day Meal Distribution is every Wednesday at Fullerton, Lake Park, Lincoln and Indian Trail between the hours of 10:30 am and 12:30 pm.
