Lee's P.E. department is hosting our first Turkey Trot. Please join us to trot around our course, Friday, Nov. 18 from 6:45-7:15am. Get in the spirit and wear your turkey outift. You may park on the side and walk to the back. We hope to see you there!

Join Mrs. Poteet and Mrs. Anderton on campus or virtually in monthly gatherings to learn more about what’s happening at Lee. We will meet the third Thursday of each month at noon. The virtual link will be shared through email.

Parents and guardians are invited to campus once a month to eat lunch with their child(ren) outside. Lunch times are listed below. You may bring food for your child or they can get a tray from the cafeteria. Please arrive early so that you have plenty of time to get settled in before your child's lunch time. In the case of bad weather, the lunch will not be rescheduled and will resume the next month.

• When exiting the school, use your blinker. This will help us get you where you are going quicker.
• Cell phone use is prohibited in a school zone. See the information below for details.

To ensure a timely delivery, please drop off any forgotten lunch boxes before 10:30am. Students without a lunch will be allowed to purchase a tray from the cafeteria.

When we get 60% of our students registered, everyone earns a PJ day! Fun Run details are below. We hope you can make plans to join us. It's going to be a fun day!

Each month, we will focus on a specific character trait. Mrs. Hogan provides daily announcements and guidance lessons regarding that trait to help the students put it in action. The trait for the month of November is COURAGE. The parent newsletter is also attached.

Caddo Mills HS is hosting an open practice for all CMYSA, MS, or any girl interested in basketball on Saturday Nov. 12 at 9:00 AM at the High School.

The HS team will demonstrate some of the fundamental drills, the coach will speak to parents/coaches in attendance and have a time for Q&A with our players. Time permitting, our young players may shoot around afterward and mingle with our HS kids.

• School starts at 7:55 am and ends at 3:25 pm
• Tardy bell rings @ 7:55 am

Children not in the building by the 7:55 am bell are considered tardy. Please refer to our student handbook regarding our tardy policy. If your child is tardy, please do not drop your child off. For their safety, your child should be signed in at the office.

• If your child is absent, please send a note to the office by 3:25 pm on the day that they return.

• Please bring tennis shoes everyday for P.E.
