We hope you are easing into your winter break nicely and getting excited for the upcoming holidays. This is the first of our GHSC Digital Happenings and we hope you enjoy it. Below you will find upcoming news & events to add to your calendar.

The next GHSC meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 4th from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm in the Staff Lounge. All parents are welcome and we encourage you to join!

Thank you to everyone that came to the Holiday Open House a few weeks ago! Thank you to those that bid on the beautiful classroom baskets! Thank you to all the room parents that worked so hard to provide the baskets and finally, a BIG thank you to the Styliadis's Family for opening up their home for the lovely event.

Did you know that so far this year our Chef's Night Out events have raised $1,162.87 to support our Guadalupe students? That is pretty amazing!

Our next Chef's Night Out FUNdraiser will be held at California Pizza Kitchen on Tuesday, January 3rd. California Pizza Kitchen has graciously made this an all day event.

So grab your friends to have lunch or have a relaxing dinner out with your family. PLUS, this is a district-wide Family Night, aka No Homework Night.

Please bring the flyer in and 20% of proceeds will go back to our GHSC.

Saturday, January 21st, Cub Scout Pack 340 will be hosting their annual Pinewood Derby Race.

The festivities will be held in the Guadalupe Cafeteria and the doors will be open from 9 am - 2 pm with racing to commence around 10 am.

Come cheer on your classmates, check out the cars that the kids have built, have lunch and learn about scouting.

A few Guadalupe Buy-Ins still have a few slots open.

• For Parents: A night out for parents to join the BIG FAT GREEK PARTY or the ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARTY.
  

• For Students: Sharpen those basketball skills at a BASKETBALL CLINIC with Leigh Highschool players, the VALENTINES PARTY aka Date Night for Parents and another great MAKERSOUL class to make Mother's Day gifts.
  

• For The Whole Family: Enjoy with your student the LEGO COMPETITION, The Next PARENT & DAUGHTER DANCE or PARENT/STUDENT BINGO NIGHT.
