Hey! I am Randii Reed, I am the Pk-12 school counselor at Minnewaukan and also the Four Winds- Minnewaukan JV Volleyball coach. This will be my second year here, and fourth year overall. I live in Devils Lake with my husband Channing, son Wilder, and am also hosting a foreign exchange student from Italy, his name is Leo. When I am not at work, I like to be outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, boating, gardening or exercising. I also enjoy cooking.. and eating haha! I love working at Minnewaukan because of the students, they teach me so much every single day and are some of the best. The resilience that they show, the kindness they greet me with, and the laughs that we have along the way are deeply ingrained into my heart and make me look forward to every single day that I am given with them!

Hi! My name is Beth O’Brien and I’m very excited to be the 5th grade reading and homeroom teacher. My assignment also includes teaching 4th, 5th, and 6th grade science and social studies this school year. My last 20 years was spent in the special education classroom. Kindergarten, 2nd grade, title reading & math, Gifted and Talented are my past experiences as a teacher for the past 40 years.

I am married to my husband Michael of 42 years this August, 2023. We had a double celebration as we went to Alaska for his retirement and our anniversary. It was a trip of a lifetime. A little gold panning was one of many highlights from the trip. My husband and I have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren who we both love to spoil. We also have one 2 year old dachshund who loves to bark at everything and everyone! No need for a doorbell! We have Chester!

Hobbies-crafting, rocks, reading, beading, crocheting, woodworking, painting and traveling

Flower- daisy

Drink- sweet tea

Food- ice-cream

They will be recognized on the school website and FB page as well as receive a small reward for their accomplishment.

• Completion of Work!
• Collaborates well with peers and staff!
• Follows school expectations!
