Week of October 30th-November 5th
Good afternoon,
We had a week full of fun and learning this week at CWE! 5th grade students participated in Immigration Day as a part of their current social studies unit, first graders worked on their Van Gogh Sunflowers in art, and third graders enjoyed conducting a science experiment. These are just a few of the great learning events that took place this week at CWE.
We realize Monday is Halloween and some grade levels may be doing fun activities, but we ask that no Halloween costumes be worn to school.
Please be mindful when you are dropping off your students in the morning so that we are able to get all of our students inside by 8:00 am.
Below you will see the important events for this week! As Veteran's Day approaches, please complete the link below to help us celebrate any special veteran in your life. These will be due by November 4th.
Please enjoy the remainder of your weekend and please reach out to the front office at (864) 397-1600 if you have any needs.

Over the past two years, SDPC has been able to provide free meals to our students due to the USDA waivers associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. This federally funded free school meal program is no longer available beginning the 2022-2023 school year.
If your student qualifies for free or reduced meals, they can still receive them next year, but you MUST TAKE ACTION to make it happen.
